My Piece運営者（以下「運営者」）は、ジグソーパズルアプリ「My Piece」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報を、以下の方針に従って取り扱います。
1. 取得・利用する情報
本アプリでは、利用する機能に応じて、次の情報を取り扱う場合があります。
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、表示名、認証に必要な識別情報。
- ソーシャルログイン情報：AppleまたはGoogleでサインインした場合、各認証サービスから提供されるユーザー識別子、メールアドレス、氏名等のうち、本アプリの認証に必要な情報。
- ゲーム利用情報：パズルの進捗、クリア結果、スコア、クリア時間、ランキングに必要な情報、お気に入り等。
- 購入情報：広告削除の購入状態など、App Storeから提供される購入権利・取引状態に関する情報。本アプリがクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。
- 広告・端末関連情報：広告配信のため、Google Mobile Ads SDK等の第三者サービスが、IPアドレス、端末・広告識別子、広告への反応、診断情報等を処理する場合があります。具体的な内容は、地域、端末設定、同意状況、Googleの設定等により異なります。
ゲストとしてプレイする場合、アカウント作成は不要です。ゲストプレイでは、アカウントに紐づく途中進捗の保存やランキング登録は行われません。
2. 利用目的
- アカウントの作成、ログイン、本人確認およびアカウント管理
- パズルの進捗保存、ランキング、お気に入り等の機能提供
- 広告表示および広告削除購入の提供・確認
- 不具合対応、セキュリティ確保、サービス改善
- お問い合わせへの対応
3. 外部サービス
本アプリでは、機能提供のために以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。
- Supabase：認証、ユーザー情報・ゲームデータ等の保存。
- Sign in with Apple：Appleアカウントによる認証。
- Google Sign-In：Googleアカウントによる認証。
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads：広告配信。
- Apple App Store / StoreKit：アプリ内購入の処理および購入権利の確認。
これらのサービスによる情報の取り扱いについては、各提供事業者のプライバシーポリシー等が適用されます。
4. 第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合、利用者の同意がある場合、または本ポリシーに記載した機能提供に必要な外部サービスへ処理を委託する場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者へ販売しません。
5. データの保存・削除
アカウントおよびゲームデータは、サービス提供に必要な期間保存します。利用者がアカウント削除機能を利用した場合、法令上または不正防止等の正当な理由で保存が必要な情報を除き、当該アカウントに関連する情報の削除を行います。
6. セキュリティ
運営者は、不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい等を防止するため、利用する外部サービスのセキュリティ機能を含む合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリには子ども向けのパズルが含まれる場合がありますが、本アプリ自体を子ども専用サービスとして運営しているものではありません。未成年者がアカウントを作成する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意のもとで利用してください。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
機能追加、法令変更、外部サービスの変更等に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内で分かりやすい方法によりお知らせします。

The operator of My Piece (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information related to the jigsaw puzzle app “My Piece” (the “App”) as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following information:
- Account information: email address, player/display name, and identifiers required for authentication.
- Social sign-in information: when you sign in with Apple or Google, information necessary to authenticate you, such as a provider user identifier and, where provided, your email address or name.
- Game usage information: puzzle progress, completion results, scores, completion times, information used for leaderboards, and favorites.
- Purchase information: entitlement or transaction status provided by the App Store for features such as ad removal. We do not receive your credit card number or other payment-card details.
- Advertising and device-related information: third-party services such as the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery. The exact data processed may vary by region, device settings, consent choices, and Google settings.
You can play as a guest without creating an account. Guest play does not save account-linked in-progress puzzle data or submit results to the leaderboard.
2. How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts
- To provide puzzle progress, leaderboards, favorites, and related game features
- To display ads and provide or verify the ad-removal purchase
- To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service
- To respond to support requests
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to provide certain features, including:
- Supabase: authentication and storage of user and game data.
- Sign in with Apple: Apple account authentication.
- Google Sign-In: Google account authentication.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: advertising.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: in-app purchase processing and entitlement verification.
Information processed by these providers is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, with your consent, or to service providers that process information as necessary to provide the features described in this Policy.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Account and game data are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service. If you use the account deletion feature, information associated with your account will be deleted, except where retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including security features provided by our service providers, to help protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
7. Children
The App may include puzzle content suitable for children, but the App is not operated exclusively as a child-directed service. Where required, minors should use account features with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as features, laws, or third-party services change. If a change is important, we will provide notice through this page or another appropriate method.
