アプリに関するお問い合わせや、 よくあるご質問をご案内します。
以下の内容で問題が解決しない場合は、 下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
アカウントを作成せず、 ゲストとしてパズルを遊ぶことができます。
ゲストとしてプレイしたCLEAR履歴、 「あとでやる」などのプレイ記録は、 ログイン後のアカウントには引き継がれません。
また、STAGE POINTはログイン後の アカウントでのみ獲得できます。
アカウントを登録すると、 CLEAR履歴、STAGE POINT、 「あとでやる」などの アカウント機能を利用できます。
メールアドレスとパスワードで新規登録した場合は、 登録したメールアドレスに届く確認メールから、 メールアドレスの確認を完了してください。
ログイン画面の 「パスワードを忘れた方」から、 パスワード再設定メールを送信してください。
メール内のリンクを開くことで、 新しいパスワードを設定できます。
STAGE POINTは、 ログインした状態で対象のパズルを 条件どおりにCLEARした際に獲得できます。
ゲストプレイ中のSTAGE POINTは、 後から作成・ログインしたアカウントには 引き継がれません。
気になるパズルを 「あとでやる」に登録できます。
ゲスト状態で登録した内容と、 ログイン後のアカウントに保存される内容は 別のデータとして扱われます。
ランキング機能では、 ログインしたユーザーの アカウント名やSTAGE POINTなど、 ランキング表示に必要な情報が 他の利用者に表示される場合があります。
メールアドレスなど、 ランキング表示に不要なアカウント情報は 公開されません。
本アプリでは、 Google AdMobを利用して 広告を表示する場合があります。
地域によっては、 広告や個人データの利用について 同意または選択を求める画面が表示されます。
アプリを利用できる場合は、 「白にして！」アプリ内の 「アカウント」画面から アカウント削除機能をご利用ください。
アカウントを削除すると、 アカウントに保存されたプレイデータも削除され、 元に戻すことはできません。
アプリをアンインストール済みの場合や、 アプリ内からアカウントを削除できない場合は、 アカウントに登録しているメールアドレスから izumisup0777@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
メールの件名には 「白にして！ アカウント削除依頼」 とご記載ください。
本人確認後、 アカウントおよび アカウントに関連付けられた ユーザーデータの削除を行います。

You can play puzzles without creating an account.
CLEAR history, Saved puzzles, and other guest play data are not transferred to an account when you later register or sign in.
STAGE POINT can only be earned while signed in to an account.
Creating an account allows you to use account-based features such as CLEAR history, STAGE POINT, and Saved puzzles.
If you register using an email address and password, complete email verification using the link sent to your registered email address.
Use “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen to request a password reset email.
Open the link in the email to set a new password.
STAGE POINT can be earned by completing eligible puzzles while signed in to an account.
STAGE POINT from guest play is not transferred to an account created or signed in to later.
You can save puzzles that you want to play later.
Saved puzzles from guest play and Saved puzzles associated with a signed-in account are treated separately.
Leaderboards may display information needed for ranking purposes, such as your account name and STAGE POINT.
Account information that is not required for leaderboard display, such as your email address, is not shown publicly.
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob.
Depending on your region, you may be shown a consent or privacy-choice screen regarding advertising and the use of personal data.
If you can access the app, you can delete your account from the Account screen.
Deleting your account also deletes play data stored with that account. This action cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot delete your account from within the app, please send an email from the email address registered with your account to izumisup0777@gmail.com .
Please use “Flip to White! Account Deletion Request” as the subject of the email.
After verifying the request, we will delete your account and user data associated with the account.
